Where are you located?
We're based out of Cookeville, Tennessee. We serve the entire Upper Cumberland region.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
What comes in the gourmet cheese boxes?
Our gourmet boxes always include a carefully selected assortment of fine cheeses, fresh seasonal produce, cured meats, nuts, and dried fruits. All boxes can be customized, so if there's something specific you'd like to see in your box, please let us know. We'll do our best to find just what you're craving.
Please note that in order to ensure the freshest and highest quality, there is no set menu since consumable items (especially produce) change in freshness and availability according to the season.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Ideally, we request at least a week of lead-time to ensure you have the best quality items and service. However, even if you don't have a week, please contact us. We'll still be happy to serve you if we possibly can.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes! Diego is fluent in Spanish. In fact, it his first language.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver.
A reasonable delivery fee may be applied depending on the location or the size of the order. Please inquire for specifics.
Do I have to return anything after my event?
Cheese boxes do not have to be returned. They are yours to keep and enjoy. However, the large wooden trays and any props or decor used for grazing tables or picnics need to be returned.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements such as a gluten-free menu?
Yes! Please list any specific needs in the comments section of the order form. We'll discuss it when we call you after receiving your order submission.
Are you an insured and registered caterer?
Yes, we are fully insured. We strictly follow all food-handling safety, health, and hygiene guidelines as set forth by local food inspection services. We pride ourselves on having the highest food-handling standards in order to ensure a premium food experience for our clients and their guests.
